Stressed up

Right now I am stressed up and I don't know what to do...............................
Stress is a line of a man’s


journey you can’t avoid. It is better to know and learn about it before you find yourself in it. It comes when you are frustrated and under pressure to perform with a deadline. Stress wear-out your physical body and make all your senses to be on the alarm and at times make you to do what you normally would not have done. The first step to take if you are stressed up is stop everything you are doing. If you are in the place that is associated with the stress, take excuse and take a walk; while walking don't let your head dictate for you as many things will fly through your head at this period. Even though you are under pressure find a place to sit down and calm down. Get water to drink and drink without haste; after the drink pretend as if not is happening and relax and then ask yourself what is happening—— you get yourself in a better position to handle the situation because your heart will now be involved in the decision you are about to make. Remember to first pray before taking your decision and always note that when stress comes upon a person, if not properly handle could be disastrous as it affect not only health but life too. To take ultimate charge of stress is always to pause or stop; be at peace with yourself as if nothing has happened, pray and say something positive to yourself to subdue the fear and pressure .
