More Trouble for PDP as APC led government has appointed former Tinubu CSO Mr. Kayode Egbetokun, as the Commissioner of Police for Kwara State. His first assignment will be to supervise the elections that begins next Saturday.
Kwara is the State of the
Senate president who has enjoyed victory over the years even from the years of
the Senate President Father; who happened to be the first senate leader in
Nigeria; and also popularly called Oloye. This development has made the PDP
shout foul as they see this as a plot by APC to take Kwara State at all cost
from Saraki.
Although from Saraki camp, he seems not to be moved as he said
instead of the APC to move closer to the people and campaign to them, they are busy changing police commissioner.
The acting I G Police has approved the change of Egbetokun’s
appointment with 36 other police officer deployment across the country.
