Allen Onyema who singular act of generosity by using his Airline to airlift Nigerians from South Africa due to the xenophobic attacks has drawn applause from many Nigerians from home and abroad. The Air peace boss who is strongly trending everywhere was invited by the speaker of the federal house of representative Femi Gbajamila, to the floor of the house; Allen did not waste time to highlight his views when given the chance to speak:
“I’m very happy to announce to you that that singular act has brought a lot of respect to Nigeria.”
“The evacuation would not have been possible if my country did not allow me.
“South Africa didn’t want this evacuation to take place because it is not good for any country.
“Xenophobia will die a natural death because of this evacuation.
“I call on government to look at the plight of those who have lost everything they have worked for.”
“Air Peace is ready to evacuate Nigerians, we are ready to go into South Africa even if it is one Nigerian that is remaining.”
The warri born business tycoon was given a standing ovation from the speaker to all the members after his many speech.
The speaker describe him as a Nigerian that should be emulate:
“On behalf of the House and the people’s House, I appreciate and thank you and we use you as a point of call to all Nigerians to emulate this kind gesture”.
