Senegal's men football team have been given a hero's welcome upon their return home after winning the Africa Cup of Nations for the first time.
Thousands of supporters came out to celebrate the players' return to Dakar.
The teranga lions of Senegal was received by the country's President - Macky Sall, among others at the airport.
Players were transported inside and on top of a coach bus along a packed parade route to the centre of Dakar.
Players were seen sitting and standing on top of the bus. The fans could not hold their joy, in their thousands were seen chanting.
