Not all the events you plan to Organize need an Event planner. Sometimes, you only need to look inward of yourself, ask some questions and you will not have to waste money and get annoyed if eventually the planner fails to get the right mix you want.
5 Tips to follow:
What do you want to achieve in your event: Most people want every one that comes to be happy and wow the atmosphere.
1: Get a hall that with or without decoration will make your guest excited about the place. The interesting thing about most lovely venue is that, they ask for the color of the day and they even do a decoration for you which is not charge separately.
2: Most people worried about food and drinks- if it is not going to be enough and who to monitor it? Get your venue attendant/worker to do it for you. They know their venue more than any food server you are hiring and most importantly is that they can't be bully around because they are used to the environment.
3: Most people do these mistakes often; they get about 6 to 10 P A to assist them and make sure things don't go wrong in their party- why? - eventually in most cases, there is always a clash of interest of who is directly closer to the celebrant than the other and who people should listen to and who not. You only need maximum of 3. 1 or all the 3 can assist at the same time or different period. Either to monitor if the guest are well treated, who has not been attended to, help with your money when been sprayed etc. The lesser they are the better you can control things in your event.
4: Make sure your event is strictly on invitation and spelled out in the IV Card. This is important so that a friend does not bring a friend and another brings another. This has made many event faulty whether you are planning it yourself or by an event planner.
5: This is the most important. Whether you decide to hire an event planner or not, before the event starts, make sure you check everything yourself and make sure you are satisfied. This way you are sure and can be less concerned when the event start especially when No 3, has been arranged and given detailed instructions.
