Femi Otedola release statement better than some leaders

In the wake of unbelievable statements and press release by some leaders in Nigeria, many have wonder if truly the same blood flows in all of us.

Femi Otedola's own version of statement to the mayhem that occur in the country has proved that the Business magnate is full of human feelings.

The protest that have left people dead and injured; thugs that are use by this same politicians going back to hunt them because that is what the politicians have taught them best (thuggery). Properties destroyed and businesses vandalized. One would have expected a decent, human and a compassionate statements from the so call leaders; but instead, you get that tone of nonchalant - and so what...... kind of statements. You then wonder if the so call leaders really care about the well-being of people of the country or their power of authority to be intact.

Femi Otedola, whose daughter - Cuppy also show support for the #endsars despite the family having enough to afford for the good things of life, believe he knows the pains the youth are going through. He said he was out on protest too as a young boy of 16, during the Ali must go in 1978. According to him:

The horrors that have been unfolding in our country have left me filled with sadness. I deeply commiserate with those who have lost their loved ones and as a father, I share the sentiment of my three daughters who protested in Lagos and London. As a young boy of 16, I participated in the ‘Ali Must Go Protest’ of 1978, so I understand the determination of our youths who rightly want our country to be better. We must all do our part to make Nigeria great! I will continue to do my own quota in providing for those who are most in need of support in our country in these tough times .…F.Ote💲
