Celebration in DSS as the president replaced their former DG SSS, Yusuf Bichi with Tosin Ajayi.
Why the celebration among staff of the DSS is really surprised. Was Bichi tenure a bad one or was it a good one that limit staff from doing the wrong things..... many questions and many rumors answers.
